Executive Team	Larry Lazard Founder, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer Larry is an internationally recognized expert in the field of computer security. He held a number of positions at Chase Manhattan Bank and was responsible for many of the Bank’s online products for consumers. In 1994 Larry founded a successful security consulting business. His clients were faced with rapidly increasing threats from hackers; the growth of e-commerce was being stymied by lack of protection from hacker attacks. In 1996 Larry founded hackoff.com to meet the security needs he had seen first hand. The company is now the world’s leading provider of software to protect e-commerce companies and their customers. Larry received his undergraduate and MBA degrees from Harvard College and Harvard Business School. Donna Langhorne Founder, Chief Financial Offer Donna began her career at Ernst & Young where she worked in various capacities. Her responsibilities included corporate audits, consulting services, and work on the company’s Forensic Technology Services Team. She was, at the time she became a partner at E&Y, the youngest person ever to earn that distinction at the firm. In 1997, she joined hackoff.com as a co-founder and has served as hackoff.com’s CFO since its inception. Donna received her undergraduate degree from Princeton University and earned her MBA at the Harvard Business School. She is a Certified Public Accountant. Dom C. Montain Founder, Chief Technical Officer Dom left the California Institute of Technology to begin his professional career at GOWAD, a company famed for its extremely graphic, fast response time computer games. In 1991 Dom became the Lead GUI Programmer at the Chase Manhattan Bank in New York City. He made Chase’s user interface the best in the industry. In 1993 he joined Microsoft as a Senior Developer on the Windows team responsible for their user interface. In 1994 Dom accepted a position with Larry Lazard in his security consulting business. When hackoff.com was founded in 1996, Dom became its CTO. He manages the development team which has made hackoff.com’s software the best in the industry. Aaron Smyth Executive Vice President, General Counsel, Secretary to the Board of Directors Aaron’s specialties are securities, mergers and acquisitions, equity financing, private placements and public stock offerings. Aaron was a partner at Jones, Horatio and Smyth where he was of counsel to several prominent corporate clients who had successful IPOs . He joined the hackoff.com team in 1997 as general counsel. Aaron received a B.S. from Rutgers University and.his J.D. from Mississippi College of Law in Jackson, Mississippi, He is a member of the bar in both New York Sate and New Jersey. Frank Folger EVP Marketing & Sales Frank has more than twenty years of experience in sales and marketing. During this time he has held a variety of increasingly senior positions including both regional sales manager and product manager at Computer Associates International. At CA Frank developed several very successful sales initiatives which increased the company’s penetration in key markets including the computer security industry. In 1990 Frank accepted a position in sales management at Symantec Corporation where he developed a strong B2B sales team and revamped the division’s sales compensation plan. Frank joined hackoff.com in 1997 and rapidly built a national sales team. Frank received his B.A. at the University of Wisconsin.
